Patient is a 32 year old male with hypertension treated with | Figure 1

Patient is a 32 year old male with hypertension treated with one antihypertensive (patient did not know name). Presented for the first time 3 weeks ago with the above non-pruritic rash that he had for several days located on his right forearm. He had tried OTC hydrocortisone which apparently made it worse. He denied any new exposure or sick contacts or travel. He has no rashes anywhere else. He feels fine otherwise. He was started on keflex which fully resolved the rash in a few days.

Today he presents again with an identical rash on the opposite arm (not pictured).

How would you treat?
