epithelial ingrowth Sp LASIK. Pt reports foreign body sensation in corresponding area and VAs were reduced. Scheduled next available for flap lift and irrigation. Pt 20/20 after fu procedure w no further reports of FB sensation.
Two day review and the eye looks and feels better. VA 6/6. Corneal oedema has resolved and skin vesicles are crusting. Topical acyclovir was applied to both the cornea and periorbital skin. IOP is at 20 mm Hg R and 12 L. To continue Flarex/ Acyclovir qid and review 3/7.
Px presenting for routine eye examination. Px is asymptomatic with VA of 6/6 and no visual field defect. What condition is shown above.
Same eye 6/12 apart. 55yoF, FH glaucoma. LE appearance similar. Initial presentation (second photo) px asymptomatic but IOP of 27mmHg R&L, iris pigment in anterior chamber and on corneal endothelium. Referred to ophthalmology but referral lost; IOP at time of ophthalmology appt 47mmHg R&L. First photo shows disc appearance RE 1/52 after ophthalmology appt. Total loss of peripheral visual field bilaterally.
