56 y.o Male, multiple lesions erupted 2 days ago on groin area extending to posterior of the thigh. Mild itch, no burning sensations or pain. No history of hypersensitivity or insect bites. History of DM and herpes zoster 1 yr ago. Any thoughts? Treatment?
