40 y.o. male presents with achy right shoulder pain that he states he has had off & on all of his life. Doctors said he had "brachial plexus since birth" (quote from patient). No relief w/meds, injections, or PT. No history of trauma. Abduction & external rotation are limited (patient states "it has always been like that"). Any thoughts about this shoulder, especially the AC joint?
