5 years old female toddler presented with hx pain in her right tonsil, she ate fish at the dinner, after examination a small bone found in lower part of the tonsil (marked by the yellow arrow, note that the above tonsils picture is for demonstration, not for the patient), using long crocodile forceps the bone removed.
