43 year old patient came into the clinic with what she described as "a painless big pimple or boil" at the lateral border of the trachea. The growth, measured at 1 cm by 0.6 cm is inflamed, tender, but mildly softer on the interior. The patient's Hx is significant for controlled hypothyroidism, and was recently on Amox and metronidazole for a root canal that was done 2 weeks ago. What do you guys think this could be?
