55/M h/o RTA, driving a bike in inebriated condition, was hit by unknown vehicle..

post RTA presented with h/o rt ear bleed, h/o vomiting, h/o nasal bleed.. no h/o seizures..

EMS receiving status.. E2V3M4

pt was intubated

with vitals HR 80/min,Bp 138/80mmhg,spo2 99%..

CT done post RTA after 1hr..

intraop due to venous sinuses injury, hypotension prevailed for 1hr despite fluid bolus and vasopressor..

post surgery CT was done... INTERPRET BOTH CT SCAN HEAD??
