i will be uploading a series of "name that rash!" Series on patients i have personally seen to help Figure1 users get better at forming DDX's for various rash presentations. This is a bx proven rash. #NameThatRash2. Original presentation of rash: 68 year old female presented with CC of rash localized to trunk with associated symptoms of pain, "blisters" x 2 months. Physical exam showed: several serpiginous erythemous plaques and papules, with a pseudovesicular appearance. I will post the treatment regimen for this case once correct answer posted.
