Patient Details

34 y/o male patient. IV cocaine user and ETOH abuse. Finished IV ABX one week ago for a "blood infection." Patient presents in bed, pale/diaphoretic, GCS 13, temp- 40.1C (104F), HR - 130, BP - 100/50, SpO2. - 90%, RR - 32, BGL - 8.1mmol/L. Suspect obvious sepsis but looking for thoughts on ECG? Sepsis related, electrolytes, cocaine abuse?
