Unilateral Tonsil Enlargement

A 16-year-old male presented with sore throat and globus sensation for 10 days. No fever. Blood test normal with negative C-reactive protein. Physical examination demonstrating an exophytic, highly irregular right tonsil with hemorrhagic changes. A cluster of swollen cervical lymph nodes (level II-III) right, unilateral and partial colliquated, partially firm, no pain. Diagnosis? Other test? Treatment?

Biopsy confirmed lymphoma.
