UPDATE
UPDATE Here is what we just found in our 40yo runner. Aspiration wasn't possible due to massive calcifications. Some "calcium milk" was found inside as well. And the patient's blood phosphate is 6.75 mg/dL (normal range being 2.4 - 4.1 mg/dL). So which #rare diagnosis is confirmed ? (congrats @imsogreen !)
