35yo female works as a university professor. Lesions consist of multiple well-defined erythematous pruritic papules that started 2 months ago on lateral neck and nape. No topicals applied, no history of use of hair dye or other chemicals. Photo 1 & 2 taken 1 week prior to consult. Self-medicated with hydrocortisone 1% and loratadine for 1 week. Photo 3 & 4 taken at day of consult. No systemic symptoms noted. ICD? Scabies? Tinea corporis? Help with diagnosis.
