75 yr old female with 2 month history of 3-7mm erythematous lesions on left lateral ankle. Not painful, no pruritis, no discharge, no trauma. Lesions are non blanching. Larger lesion came first and two smaller lesions followed. Hx of #Graves'-disease , nil else significant. What could this be?

Bilateral ankles appear with non-pruritic, non-blanchable papular lesions.
Has had some mild complaints of joint pain, but not significant enough to have complained about it.
My assumption is vasculitis. Do you agree? No recent infections, fever, travel, or illnesses.
Did have labs ran about a year ago and had isolated ALT elevation, which was never looked into.
What are your thoughts? Concerns, and next steps?

This is a slightly depressed lesion on the ankle of a term, otherwise healthy newborn female, about 2 hours old. No other marks were seen. It is slightly depressed. It is more purplish than red or gray. Is it cutis marmorata telangiectasia congenita? Any other possibilities?

M31 presents to the Pharmacy with complaints of mildly-moderately pruritic, dry, hyperkeratinized skin lesions on his legs and ankles. Distribution is non-uniform, non-symmetrical. First lesion appeared over 3 months ago, others followed randomly. No significant past PMX. Pt is otherwise healthy.
?? Lichen planus
Started him on Diprosalic ointment BD.
Any thoughts on diagnosis and treatment??

Hx and PE.
20/F Lesions started a week ago. Pt failed to go to school for a week already due to pain. Wears footwear even soaking wet. Non-diabetic. Multiple pustular pruritic lesions, both feet. Impression is fungal infection. Initially prescribed with topical antifungal and oral antihistamine, but patient was not compliant due to seemingly no relief of condition. Pt discontinued medication.
