Physician Assistant

41 year old female with one year history of small papular rash to wrists and hands as shown. Not pruritic. Does not blanch. Began around the time she started Humira injections for RA. Has not really changed much over the last year, but interestingly, she reports that it has improved while taking short courses of antibiotics for various/unrelated issues. But always returns to baseline after stopping antibiotics.

I’m stopping Humira and sending to derm but any thoughts?
