Case Description

9 year old patient presenting with dry efflorescences, without discharge on torso, back, neck, forehead and legs for 2 weeks, which are painful and itchy. Change of beddings before that. HIV-. Bilateral inguinal lymphadenopathy. Patient comes from remote rural area. No other systemic signs. Ddx? Th?
