37 year old roller derby player presented after hyperflexion injury to left knee. Posterior sag sign (hips and knees flexed to 90 degrees) easily demonstrated as well as posterior drawer (unable to post video). Both findings consistent with #PCL tear.

57 y.o female with grade 4 #Osteoarthritis-(degenerative-joint-disease). x-ray showed an osteophyte posterior of the knee. during total knee replacement surgery, 2 osteophytes popped out. last pic is xray of patients knee post knee #Arthroplasty

Sagittal proton density weighted image shows an avulsion fracture of the posterior tibia epiphysis (arrow) and a moderate joint effusion with hemarthrosis (arrowhead). The posterior cruciate ligament is attached to the avulsed fragment. Posterior cruciate ligament avulsion fractures are uncommon. However, if a bone fragment is seen along the posterior tibial plateau, a PCL avulsion should be considered to be present. The posterior cruciate ligament provides stabilization to the knee and resists excessive posterior translation of the tibia.

59 year old lady with end stage degenerative knee arthritis has this ossified body in the posterior knee but looks like it's in the meniscus. Could be meniscal ossicle or loose body.
