5 years old female toddler presented with hx pain in her right tonsil, she ate fish at the dinner, after examination a small bone found in lower part of the tonsil (marked by the yellow arrow, note that the above tonsils picture is for demonstration, not for the patient), using long crocodile forceps the bone removed.
Presented with sore throats and stiff neck. CRP 400. No PMH.
Patient presented with symptoms of tonsillitis but no plaques on tonsils. Plaques moved from the back of the throat to the uvula over the course of a day. Any guesses as to what it can be?
