Case Details

37 year old male with no known injury or trauma presents with right knee pain x 3 weeks. After 1 week of knee pain, patient received lidocaine/triamcinolone/methylprednisolone injections with no relief. Conservative efforts with no success. X-ray unremarkable. CT as above. Any abnormalities in CT?

Updates

Update 1

Patient reports pain in lateral and medial aspects of patella. Pain also endorsed superior and inferior of patella. Posterior pain noted when bending knee. Pain when bending and straightening knee. McMurray test positive. Clarke test not performed by provider. CBC normal.

Update 2

Swelling noted around entire knee.
