EMS is called for a 20yoM, hit and run involving light motor vehicle on a busy road. Above injury as well as proximal humerus# on same side and multiple lacerations and abrasions. GCS 14/15 (confused) and haemodynamically stable throughout. Pulses present in foot and able to move toes but poor sensation. IV access, analgesia, splinting and immobilization for transport to Tertiary Trauma centre.
