osteosarcoma involving femoral vessels necessitating artery and vein resection

This is a 18 year old young gentleman with a large distal femor osteosarcoma involving femoral vessels necessitating artery and vein resection. We performed an en bloc tumor resection, prosthetic reconstruction and blood vessel GSV graft in one stage. This patient turned to full ambulation without walking aid after 6 weeks. The postop function will be presented in the next posts.
