A 62yo female presented to ER. My dx was LVH with LV strain based on Sokolow-Lyon criteria and ST depression on lead 1,avL,v4-6. The cardiologist said it could be left main occlusion from ST elevation on lead avR. I see ST elevation in lead avR but is it elevated enough to say that there is LM occlusion.
