Previous case f/u: STIs workup came back negative for HIV, Syphilis, chlamydia and gonorrhea. Positive for HPV (serotype 52)

Male 32 years old, has this acute rash for few days, a history of contact with HPV-positive partner few years ago, otherwise no history of STIs or other relevant medical history. Irritation is there only if it’s touched. No increase in size or depth

29 year old male. No past medical history. No prescription medications. New onset penile lesions x 5 days. Non tender. Intermittent exudate. Well demarcated erythematous borders with central ulceration. Monogamous with single female partner x 6 months. No dysuria. No pelvic lymphadenopathy. No fevers. No malaise. No weight loss. No prior vesicular phase.

Two female patients in their end 20s presented 4 weeks apart with erythemous inguinal lesions spreading towards the gential area which first manifested as bubbles and spontaneously ruptured, leaving behind non purulent dermis. One patient describes the lesions as very painful, the other one just as inconvenient. No itching. The first patient treated it successfully with a combination of topical fusidic acid, betamethason, fluprednisolon and Micanozol without a definitive dx. Only the second patient got swabbed, microbiological results are pending. Both patients share a common sexual partner who denies any symptoms, test results for common STIs are still pending. I can't assign those lesions any common STI which is why I am putting these cases up for discussion. Has anyone ever seen something like this? What's your diagnosis? Further management?
