Patient presenting with mild shortness of breath. I see ele | Figure 1
Patient presenting with mild shortness of breath. I see elevation in leads V1-V3 and depression in V5 and V6. When comparing with old 12 ecgs this was found to be the patient's normal ecg. I see the st segment concave has an upwards concave but no other signs of an stemi mimic/ non acute findings. Is there anything I missed that could rule out AMI?
