~Asymptomatic 50 yo CF with diabetes x 20 yrs, good control (hba1c 6.0), h/o stroke ~14 years ago causing left arm paralysis and speech difficulty, no visual impact OD, OS. No retinopathy OD, and very mild NPDR OS (2 MA's). OD iris normal; this finding is the pt's left eye only. 1st image colorized to increase contrast. 2nd image shows extent abnormality: AV malformation of iris.

~60 yo CM, reports he was "born with his eye like this." The white spot is a reflection of the stand light, not pathology. OD BCVA with specs was 20/70 with superPH 20/25. Pt also has moderate brunescent cataract OD. Palpebral fissure spread shows unrelated eyelid laxity. OS was normal, 20/20 with mild NS cataract.

21YOWM. Incidental finding. Anterior chamber excessively deep, especially at angles. #Intraocular-pressure 16mmHg OD/OS. BCVA 20/20. Unremarkable fundus examination. Can you identify these classic findings, diagnosis and suggested treatment?

21YOAAM presents for comprehensive eye exam. Pathological myopia noted OD, mild myopia OS. Unremarkable ocular and medical history. Suspicious pigmented elevated iris lesion noted OD. Measures around 900 microns with anterior segment OCT. Differentials?

Interesting case of a 65YO WF who presented with a history of macular hole after 2 surgical attempts at a repair OD 2 years prior. Pt is also s/p PCIOL OD. Last eye exam 1 year prior. During exam, IOP was measured at 36mmHg OD, 14 mmHg OS. Pt denied any pain or discomfort. Visual fields were grossly full by confrontation. #Gonioscopy revealed open angles with iris processes noted in both eyes. OCT RNFL and fundoscopy revealed extensive optic nerve rim tissue thinning and cupping. Any differentials for why the IOP is so asymmetric? IOP OD dropped to 15 with Combigan bid OD.
