Case Description
38 yo male, hand vs truck. Pt had his vehicle jacked up on a dirt road, jack "gave way" and fell on hand. I dubbed it a "partial amputation of the 4th and 5th digit of the left hand". Nail bed color consistent with unaffected digits, gross motor largely intact, without mvt of 2 distal joints, no tactile sensation.
