Maculopapular rash on the eyelids

30 years-old patient with bilateral maculopapular rash on the eyelids for 6 months. The rash comes and goes. Diagnosis from the dermatologist was eczema contactum and prescribed local corticosteroid cream after which the rash disappears for the time of use. When the cream is not applied the local finding worsens. Patient has seasonal allergies to pollen and grass, seborrheic dermatitis in the scalp. No other diseases known. Could you help me with differential diagnosis? Could this have infectious etiology? Thank you for your input.
