Case of Ovarian Cyst
Patient presented with Abdominal mass and Pain with bleeding per vaginum. Frozen Section during Exploratory Laparotomy showed Non Neoplastic growth. Bilateral cystectomy was performed.

26 year old G1 P1 with hx of ovarian cysts. Complains of intermittent sharp pains, cramping to bilateral lower abdomen for the past year. Went in for transvaginal and trans abdominal ultrasound.
