40 y/o came to ED with complaint of bump on finger for 2 or 3 weeks after having gone to a nail salon. She stated finger was drained with 18 gauge at another hospital last week but only blood came out. Painful and bleeds easily. Looks like #Pyogenic-granuloma to me. Needs biopsy to ensure not melanoma #BobMarley
