On call district - Pt reporting suspected 'bite' on upper thigh. Has received antibiotics but not complete due to sickness. o/e normal temperature and obs. Appears to be a form of abscess imo slight tenderness but only just started leaking after many days. Can see a puncture so applied Inadine and Softpore dressing for time being. Reports itchy and soreness any ideas what it is what treatment? Asecondary abscess from a bite so far.

The same patient after 5 days of treatment. All drugs she has been using were stopped immediately, steroids, antihistamines and diuretics with IV fluids were used.
