27yo F, G1P1 Hx of missed period x2 months, with hx unprotected sex, multiple HPTs negative and blood HcG 0, prescribed course of provera to induce period. Took 10 day course with no period following. 14 days after stopping provera patient developed severe cramping and heavy bleeding x3 days. Passed this into her underwear, then passed two more later the same day and continued with heavy bleeding and cramping. Miscarriage vs. endometrial cast?
