44 yo male with 2 months of this rash in the pelvic area

He denies itching or pain or burning. Sexually active. No recent trauma or new meds. No recent change in personal hygiene routine. What would be your DDx? How would you treat this?

No inflammatory arthritis, muscle weakness, cough or dyspnea.
