First of all no ekg is available at this time. 36/m complains about tight chest and chest pains and shortness while simply walking. Has been getting worse for the last 6 months. He is a smoker and one pack will last him a day and half. Has been smoking off and in since 2006. Had gastric bypass in 2004 and has keep the weight off the entire time. Ideas?
