16 yrs old F,

Complain from Rt thigh swelling for more than 1 yrs ...

Went to medical stuff, wrong Dx as simple infection give hr an antibiotic ...

but no any benefit ..

Went to Medical clinic .. in east baghdad ..

Dx as cellulitis .. the patient received antibiotic injection .. for 2 wks .. but no any benefit ..

The swelling progression ..

the patient came to me on Ex .. i send hr to MRI for thigh .. MRI said suspected sarcoma ... FNA upon .. show case of

High grad rhabdomyosarcoma ..

😔 & on evaluation show multi 2nd metastasis to Lung, Pelvic space, and Multi Lns

Plz dear Dr. Don’t forget the young age swelling and relation with SOFT Tissue Sarcoma ... and the FNA can establish the Dx ....
