skin tear to anterior aspect of right arm 3/52 ago. Ongoing erythema since. 1/52 of increasing swelling and erythema to arm spreading into dorsal aspect of hand and wrist along with crusting rash. Systemically well. Looks like cellulitis but the crusting rash is unusual. ?Cellulitis with impetigo? Any thoughts?
