Case Description
54yof with this pattern of baldness for at least 10 years. Exposure to skin lighteners but not for several years at this stage. Have used some creams but not sure if it contained steroids. Now given up and decided just to live with it wearing hat in public. understandably reluctant to biopsy due to cosmetic appearance.
Question: likely diagnosis? Special investigations? Therapeutic trials?
