34 yo male CAOX3. Flu like symptoms/respiratory distress. Temperature 105.8, breathing approx 45-50 times a minute, room air oxygen saturation of 72%, ETCO2 of 20-22, loss of plateau on capnogram, blood pressure 122-96, clear breath sounds. Pre-hospital #CPAP application worked excellent at 6 cmH20.
