66yrs old male known Hypertensive was rushed to ED on T piece with GCS of 4 and Decerebrate rigidity with H/o Acute onset of dizziness, Numbness in upper arms and dysphagia and unsteadiness 2 days back.
O/e - Unconscious, Exaggerated extensors of all extremities, Pupils - B/l 7mm NRTL, BP - 180/100mmhg, PR - 140/Mt, Spo2 -98%, Temp - 104°F
patient arrested about 4hrs later and died. INTERPRET MRI BRAIN AND WHAT COULD BE THE CAUSE OF DEATH??
