68 years old male patient with BPH for around 18years, PSA level normal, other investigations normal. Patient is on tamsulosin for more that 10 years.. what is next step? Which of TURP and prostatic artery embolization do you prefer? And why? Thanks..

\ \ pateint is diagnosed as BPH 1.5 YEAR ago. Now this patient is in tamsulosin 0.4mg for about 1.5 year and he jas no any complain the urinary incontinence and any other problem.
