4 year old male with small vesicles on his arm, face and back. Pt is up to date on vaccinations, says they sometimes sting when touched, but has no fever, n/v, aches or prodrome to the bumps. Mother tried to express one today, but it caused pain. I was thinking some kind of atopic reaction? Maybe bug bites, except they dont appear to have any other signs or family member involvement.](https://app.figure1.com/case-detail/0c918f44-39cf-4230-88df-0bd69f1f6d78)

9-year old child who has had a vesicular rash for 6/52. Rash follows a waxing and waning pattern, improving slightly before erupting again. The rash is not itchy. There are some vesicles under the arms, behind the ears and on the legs and buttocks, although they are most numerous and dense on the torso. The only other symptoms are intermittent fevers and loss of appetite. The child has seen 2 family medicine doctors who feel that it is chicken pox, and while it does look like a typical vesicular chicken pox rash, it doesn't follow the typical illness pattern. I wanted to reach out to others to get opinions on what this could be as I'm stumped.
