24 YO man with 3 month history of the above rash. Seemed to start after ceasing work in a cold environment (refrigerated food prep cooler). Has tried over-the-counter antibiotic ointments which worsened the rash. No personal or family history of similar rash. Has NOT used any topical (or systemic) steroids. I think the rash is most consistent with #Rosacea. Any other ideas or alternative hypotheses (other than #Systemic-lupus-erythematosus 😉)?
