A 52 yo woman presented with something coming out per vaginum for 10 years. With a clinical diagnosis of pelvic organ #prolapse, vaginal #hysterectomy was done. The specimen shows rather unusual uterocervical length of almost 6 inches owing to #supravaginal elongation of cervix which is a diagnostic feature of #uterine prolapse specimen.
