Case Presentation
45yrs old male presented to emergency department via ambulance after an unwitnessed fall from a presumed standing height. History of loss of consciousness since fall, vomiting present.
Examination findings:
- CNS: Unconscious, Decerebrate posturing, Plantar Bilateral upgoing
- Pupils: Bilateral 7mm non-reactive to light, GCS - E1V1M2
- BP: 190/80 mmHg
- PR: 52/min
- SpO2: 94%
Poor prognosis explained to attendants.
