51yoM presents with bilateral multiple cuticle infections after a small tear of cuticle skin on 5th digit left hand. Cuticle infections "spread" to other digits. Non-diabetic. No trauma to other nails or cuticles. ER gave him cephalexin, no improvement. Any ideas?
