Cholo-suck. This is a DIY closed suction surgical drainage system made in Peru. A syringe makes the negative pressure with a cap pulling the plunger of the syringe. The flexible tubing is made of venoclysis and the drainage end is done by cutting fenestrations in the venoclysis system.
