A 45 years young male presented with vertigo and weakness with fever and cough for last 15 days unresponsive to conventional antibiotics. His ESR was 89 mm in 1st hour, Hb was 8gm/dl and S. creatinine was found 2.5 mg/dl. What further investigation do we need to do confirm the diagnosis after observing the X-ray skull?
