Patient 20 years old -- family history of diabetes type 2 on father side of the family.

We ran three tests, the first two on picture (1. two months ago, 2. one week ago POSTPRANDIAL) and a third one (with Triglycerides: 509 mg/dl, HDL: 31 mg/dl, Gamma-GT: 100 U/l, Cholesterin/HDL-Ratio: 5,9)!

What do you think? Triglyceride Change of 300% in 2 months? What could that be?

20 yof presents with a hx of familial hyperlipidemia controlled by 10 mg of Lipitor for the past 2 years. 6 months ago LFTs were mildly elevated when routine CMP was run. AST 42 ALT 56. Tests repeated 1 month later and LFTs back WNL. CMP done 3 weeks ago and AST 149 ALT 95. Lipitor stopped and CMP rerun, LFTs back WNL. Two separate hepatitis panels ran 6 months apart and both were negative. Pt denies excessive alcohol use or any sx. Pt uses Naproxen PRN. Any reason for transient elevated LFTs?

A 52-year-old man presented with a 20-minute history of chest pain radiating to the left shoulder and neck, associated with dyspnea and diaphoresis. Patient in late teens presenting after a collapse, no chest pain, no previous cardiac history, no history of sudden death in family, are there any features in this ekg that would warrant further work-up or is this just a pediatric ekg?
