Itching Skin

25-year-old female, medically free, presents with an erythematous indurated (mild) skin lesion that started 7 days ago. The patient mentioned that the itching started on the lower leg, then distributed across multiple sites:

All of these lesions are itchy, except one behind the left knee, which also presents mild pain. There is a sensation of a small ball beneath some of the lesions.

Patient in late teens presenting after a collapse, no chest pain, no previous cardiac history, no history of sudden death in family. Are there any features in this EKG that would warrant further work-up or is this just a pediatric EKG?
