Extractions of remaining Maxillary anteriors 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 with insertion of immediate complete denture in 56 yr old make. Great retention. Wanted to do insert mandibular RPD at same time but had some obstacles there. Patient so happy! Such a rewarding a experience!
