38 year old, Caucasian male, heroin user (1 bundle a day), diabetic history uncontrolled due to lack of funds to buy meds. States three days prior that he stubbed his toe and had a blister form on top of his toe and he popped it believing it was just a blood blister. Patient then said he went to take a shower last night and noticed it was this color. He talked to his neighbor about it and his neighbor called 911 without the patient knowing. Patient initially wanted to refuse but after some convincing he agreed. Vitals: pulse 108 regular, 97 % RA, 108/68.
