63 yo male in for mechanical fall. Hit head on trash can suffered a 4 cm Rt frontal lac. Normal neuro exam. CT neg. Had cataract surgery 6 weeks prior to fall. Eom's intact. Rt eye looks as illustrated in image. Normal visual acuity. Any idea what diagnosis was?

30F - Coloboma of the iris. This condition is benign and purely cosmetic. Patient has no loss of vision or visual disturbances of any kind. Nothing going wrong here – just a fascinating condition that I had the wonderful opportunity of seeing in person. Gorgeous eyes.
